Dr. Gilbert Lee

Dr. Jy-Ber Gilbert Lee is the director of the boards. He concurrently resigned from his position as President and COO which appointed from February 2006. Dr. Lee was previously the Deputy General Manager of the Guangdong branch of China Netcom Corp., a subsidiary of China Netcom Group, where he served as the Managing Director of Sales from June 2001 to February 2004. Dr. Lee was a Vice President of Motorola Inc. and Deputy General Manager of Global Telecom Solution, Greater China from July 2000 to May 2001. He received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University and received both a master's degree in Energy Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
